holiday post

im doing 2 posts in 1 blog bcoz its sunday.

i basically did nothing during the holidays except going to my grandmas house to do my computer homework

what i should be thankful for

i should be thankful for having kind and loving parents, 4 siblings, a house to live in, a school to learn in, a country that is safe (although it is NOT clean and green as people say) and i should be thankful to have a computer.

"Good manners will open doors that the best education cannot."

That saying probably means that its better to have very little education with very good manners than having very good education with very bad manners. It basically means that Mrs Tay is telling us indirectly that we all have HORRIBLE manners. Shes also telling us that there is no use of her teaching us if we dont have manners!!

on my last week of holidays i quick rushed through finishing all my homework that i havent done.
P.S I did the same thing as the first week ;D

World Hunger

A lot of people are suffering from world hunger, especially the poorer countries such as India, Thailand and Vietnam. We, as Singapore are lucky to have enough food to eat ; sometimes more than enough. I feel grateful to live in a country like Singapore. I feel sorry for all the other people who are affected by the world hunger. I wish i could do something to help them

okay.
yesterday we went to watch a movie as said.my brothers and i went to watch monsters vs aliens 3d and land land of the lost.

if ur planning to watch land of the lost, dont let your mom see it.she wont approve of the humor. bring your dad instead.

i totally forgot about my blog hw until the 3rd week of holidays.

1st week

i stayed at home from monday to thursday
1st week

on friday ,i had my friday prayers and after we went home.on saturday,i went for my religious class and went home after that.i stayed at home on sunday.

2nd week

stayed at home from monday to thursday.did h/w

2nd week

on friday, after my prayers, i went to this place called Adam Road.
went to food court and ate 'nasi lemak' and 'roti john' and 'satay'.
went to religious class on saturday.
i stayed at home on sunday.

3rd week

im letting you guess what i did from monday to thursday

did the same on friday
saturday:went to friend's house after you-know-what.
sunday : my father changed this old taxi for a new taxi

4th week
monday to wednesday : home....
thursday planning to watch a movie(not sure what movie) but not 100% sure going to watch a movie

we havent reached friday to sunday yet.

My Dreams

I dream to participate in the amazing race one day(so i can travel all around the world) . I want to be a multi-billionair.I wish that i am the president of Singapore. I wish that i can do whatever i want whenever i want. And i wish that we would have NO HOMEWORK FOREVER!

Courtesy

Courtesy basically means respect to me. In Singapore, not many people are courteous in the public. When i accidentally bump into another person, i say sorry but they don't. Instead, they give me a dirty look and walk off. In the public bus/SMRT/SLRT, not many people give up their seats. Recently in the newspaper,there has been a report of a SMRT worker sitting on one of the seats and a lot of people made a big fuss out of it. I think they should not make a big fuss and the worker probaly deserves to sit because he has been standing from station to station. And maybe he has been standing for hours and is very tired. In this case, the passangers are the ones that are not courteous.

Im in a BAD mood

Creativity 100% cannot be taught. It is an inner thing inside you. Art and creativity are two different things.

The Creativity Thingy

Creativity is something that cannot be taught but of course born with.You know that you are born with creativity because you start drawing or doing art or anything else to do with creativity at something like the age of 3 without anybody teaching you. As you grow up, you would have learnt more things about art/creativity (without anybody taching you). You cannot teach creativity as every one of us is unique and different. People who think that they have no creativity because they do not use their own ideas are wrong.They have creativity , just that they are lazy to fiond it in their brain and use it.

My School Holidays

I did not do much during my holidays. I only went to my grand auntie's house for her birthday. Only it did not have the words 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY!'. Instead, it said 'DAYCARE REUNION'. I used to be part of her daycare when i was about three or four years old.Anyway, I still had fun. But am happy that my school holidays are over because i am going to have a new baby brother after the school holidays!!

I cannot love an object more than my family. You can replace an object such as a teddy bear or a 10 carat diamond but you cannot replace a family member. Even with a gazillion dollars, you cant bring the dead to life! But with a gazillion dollars, you can buy almost anything from a lamborghini car to a hugantic mansion bigger than the white house. If a thief asks me the give him a trillion dollars(i dont have a trillion dollars but this is an example)or my brother, i would give him a trillion dollars even though my brither isnt worth as much as a trillion dollars.

These days,people sell more assessment books and our parents buy them. Last time,books were sold at very cheap prices.Now, books can be sold at prices up to $20.They didn't use to sell exam papers.When our parents buy them we have to finish it.
All the things said above means more work and more stress



My hobbies are........ playing soccer, computer games and talking alot with some of my friends
I enjoy playing soccer as it is fun,exciting and is like exercising in a fun way.
Some computer games require thinking while others are just for fun.


The camp was quite boring......
The high element activities were fun though because we could get away from our trainer. He always scolds us.....
The food was very 'un-nice' but nice at the same time.It tastes GREAT ;-) but every time after i eat i have a tummyache. So i skipped lunch and dinner on the second day an breakfast on the next :-(
